If you ever decide that life is getting too hectic, and you’re going to leave your blog out in the cold for- oh, say, 3 months- CHECK YOUR COMMENTS! Do you have any idea how long it takes to get through 3 months of SPAM comments? I suggest that you don’t find out.

I have re-prioritized my time. I’ve put my goals in order, and have found place in each day for the achievement of those goals to get some much needed attention.
Part of my goals is to enrich myself by improving my writing. And that is where Thrilled by the Thought comes back into play.
Back in February, I was bored almost to tears with this blog. I didn’t want to look at it, much less write a post for it. So I did what any good, responsible girl does- I avoided it and pretended it didn’t exist. I have now decided to come back and shift the perspective of the blog just a tidge. I will not limit my posts just to art, literature, and music, although I’m sure my posts will be filled with those subjects, as they are my passions. But I will now write about whatever the heck I want.
And if you were one of my 2 readers, I hope you like the new shift. If you are a new reader, and happen to like what I have here, then I am happy. If you don’t, well, I’m still happy!

I am so glad you are back. I have missed your insights and thought provoking discussions. I am just ‘Thrilled by the thought’ that you are back.
Write what you love! It doesn’t matter if it no longer falls into that category of art etc. My site started out as Betsy’s View… MY view… whatever I wanted to write about. It just so happens that now I write mostly about performing arts. Funny! But… it’s still Betsy’sView!
Unless someone is paying you to write, then write when and whatever you want to!
